Well, it looks like my old Oregon hand sharpening jig has finally seen better days after 40 some odd years. What is a good one? Not electric but hand filed.

I had an Oregon for 40 years. Which one should I buy? I vote another Oregon.
I have one for each size chain, best I have used since my Oregon bit the dust a few years ago.

Stihl's rig is the bench mark for hand sharpeners these days.

Stihl’s 2 in 1 as previously mentioned is the best thing going. Amazon has what I believe was the original from a company called Pferd for about half the cost of the Stihl, same exact thing.
My advice is always ...throw those gimmicks away and learn how to file buy feel .a d eye..it's really not that hard....you just can't see what the tooth needs with all that crap in the way...professional loggers and anyone who runs a saw for a living mostly hand files..
Bucking billy Ray has some good videos on how it's done I do a little different myself but a heave the same result...
