the actual carrying out of the death penalty should not take as long as it does these days. allowing a convicted murderer to live on death row for over 20 years is ridiculous. this perp, if convicted, should get one appeal, then off to the death chamber.

I’m inclined to admire the Sikhs on account of their whole religion was founded specifically in opposition to Islamic jihad, furthermore a Sikh man is instructed to go armed at all times to protect the weak and vulnerable from injustice.

I gotta wonder though if in this case the requisite turban covering his ears kept him from hearing the guy leave him car.
