Good news and long overdue.
About freakin' time...
I like it. Only improvement would be to arrest and charge the elected officials for aiding and abetting.
This should make it to the U. S. Supreme Court. No matter how it is decided, the outcome should lead to interesting results. Either Federal law is supreme and must be followed and enforced or state/local governments can chose for themselves whether to recognize Federal laws. I see plenty of angst all around.

Particularly when the Constitution explicitly delegates this authority to the Federal Government, unlike, for example, firearms ownership, over which the Federal Government is explicitly prohibited by the Constitution from exercising authority.
Should be a federal law.

Federal Law is Supreme.

Supremacy Clause
The Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the supreme law of the land. It provides that state courts are bound by the supreme law; in case of conflict between federal and state law, the federal law must be applied.

However, the courts have ruled that State and local LE cannot be compelled to "Enforce" Federal Law.

Marijuana is a prime example. Pot is illegal according to Federal Law. States cannot "legalize" marijuana as that would be a violation of the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. What they can do and are doing is "decriminalizing" pot, meaning their is no State Statute prohibiting it's use or possession and will not use/spend State and local resources to enforce Federal law . With that, States that have decriminalized pot cannot prevent Federal authorities form enforcing Federal Laws withing their borders.

And so are the States via the 10th. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The 2nd prohibits infringement by either Fed or State gov.
I could never see why an elected official had the right to pick and choose what laws were enforced. These scumbags swear to uphold the laws and then do what they want.
In ny our gov called ICE thugs. Coumo is an whole
Any time there's a clash between federal and state laws, we need to keep in mind the 10th Amendment:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

Some federal laws are clearly outside of this and should be thrown out. They have taken powers not delegated to the feds and are legally states rights. However, I think controlling immigration is a federal right, coming under 'protect our borders'
Great article .

Click on the ''this is going to look so bad'' crybaby bullsh-tt .

Plus this was funny ;

'''The Southern Poverty Law Center has come under fire recently as been an extremely far left political organization that labels conservative groups it doesn’t like as all being “racist”.'''
