The article only says he was a member / leader of a neonazi group.....Doest say anything about what made him an imminent threat. He wasnt charged with anything.

I guess the govt will now use group membership as a reason to disarm groups? From a decaying memory, I believe Ca. just added some teeth to their laws. Initially, I think it was family members that could kick things into gear. Now I think school teachers, neighbors, etc are now granted authority. One might do some surfing for conformation. Don't recall whether it was legislative or executive orders though.

But SCOTUS said it's okay for cops to confiscate money from motorists (literally highway robbery), so long as they later give their victims the opportunity to demand a hearing where they can prove it actually is their money. If they will allow that, can we be confident they will overturn laws that allow armed robbery by cops to steal your guns from your home at gun point (the victim never even being suspected of a crime, let alone reaching probable cause for arrest), so long as you have a chance to later prove at a hearing that you're not in fact a danger to society?

The SC has not heard a firearms case in years.

It is split 4-4 with that POS Roberts as the swing vote.

The conservatives vote to not hear a Second Amendment case as they know it will lose, 5-4.

The Liberals don't want to hear a Second Amendment case as they are just fine with the States violating the Constitution along with the Unprecedented Circuit Court Splits we are faced with today.

Until Roberts and RBG are gone, it's best to shy away from forcing a SC decision.
