Greatest Events of WWII in Colour on Netflix.

Worth a look
I watched it twice and will probably start it over again. 👍
Great documentary
I'll have a look - been watching a series on Hitler here recently, and made me drag out my Mausers and take em down the range. Those crafty krauts.
I've been watching them this week. They did a good job on the series.
I had no idea how doped up the Germans were. Saw another documentary recently that involved Hitler and his doctor as well.

They were all meth heads. Crazy stuff.
Didn't enjoy the hyper liberal inference jab at Donald Trump about Nationalism, the Nazi's and a great political slogan would be "Make Germany Great Again." I think he pukes out climate change and a some other liberal afterschool special lecture points. He was in the Holocaust episode and an American. I'm thinking this was produced in the UK as it seems to tell the story from their perspective.

I liked the rest of it pretty well. I laughed when the one British commentator said most of Patton's persona was BS. I'm guessing he has a Monty poster on his bedroom ceiling!
I'm only on the 3rd episode, but its a great series, maybe the most informative I've ever seen on WWII

it should be required watching for school age children.

Its given me new perspective on both Germany and Japan - certainly not as clear cut as I grew up believing.
I just watched the liberation of Buchenwald, primarily because my father was one of the liberators. Good series, for sure. Tough to watch...

No, not all. Only some of the Waffen SS units. Don't forget our own pilots had benzedrine tablets in their escape kits. TV dramatizes and sensationalizes things to make a short topic a bigger story.

I've seen tose Hitler and his doctor things. I have little doubt after the the assassination attempt Hitker had injuries and pain that were treated chemically.
It is very good! The dumasses poked a sleeping giant, he woke up, kicked the cshit out of them!!
i made it through the series last week. I enjoyed it a lot. Especially the episodes on Midway and Hiroshima.

I am sure glad the TRH had already informed us that all that stuff about Buchenwald was made up, and all those photos of bodies stacked like cordwood were faked.

Otherwise I might have come away with some kind of guilt associated with my predominant German ancestry. :sarcasm off:
Like looking at the camo and factory paint schemes on german tanks

Flek/ scatter pattern is my favorite.
How I paint my 1/35 scale stuff.
