Just south of the island is a big hump on the ocean floor. Great drift fishing spot when the tide is coming in. Stripers and halibut.

That poop problem was not a problem back when that song was sung. Things were pretty cool back around 65/66. In 67 the hells Angels kind of moved in and things started to go downhill in the Haight-Ashbury. I left San Francisco in 1968 so have no idea how things went after that other than from what family told me.
