We have a need for a medical pager where the patient wears a call button. The receiver needs to be carried in a pocket or worn as a pendent and to have a range of 500' or more. All I can find with that range have 120v receivers, not battery powered ones. Does anyone know of a brand that will work this way?

Rock Chuck when my wife was sick I got a high dollar baby monitor with a camera. I dont know how far it would pick up but it covered my place around 150 ft. Ya might try to contact the alzhimers assoc, or a hospice group for some other ideas. Good luck on your search.
