Anyone have any idea how much powder would be recommended for a Hammer 8mm 200 grain in a necked down .338 Win Mag case?

About what velocity would be expected from a 24" barrel?

Is the increase in recoil worth it to switch from a 6.5mm 130 at 3,190 feet per second to the new barrel?

That would be a 308 Norma Mag.

You could likely get away with loads for an 8mm Rem Mag.

Had one once. That was the worst kicking SOB I ever owned. Got rid of it.

That’s a Kvale’s poor mans mag. A Scandinavian wildcat from the 60s for mil surp Mausers. There’s a guns magazine article about it floating around somewhere in the internet

I'm thinking about 72 gr H4350 would be OK and give about 2,850-2,900 FPS.

Maybe start at 68 gr and work up.
