No one seems to be accusing him . He seems to be admitting it himself, almost like he knows there will be no consequence.

Trump just accused him of it on the tarmac, before he boarded AF1. He only admitted it because he got caught. Who else was in the meeting???? The last I heard was that only the President sets foreign policy.
