Bride and me last summer in the Black Hills. First time there, loved it.

Couple of my great nieces - they had a blast playing with turkey feathers. Imagine that!

They sure do. Got this guy in So. Texas a couple of weeks ago during the campfire hog hunt.

Figure the weekends, are best spent away from crowds.

Wife and I took daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons there last summer. I have wanted to go there since I was a kid, some 50 years ago. We really enjoyed it! Check one off the bucket list.

There are several advantages to goats.. For one you can just jump them into the back of the truck with racks.. No trailer required..

No feed to bring along..They can live off the land just fine..Can go three days without water if need be.. Properly imprinted goats don't need a lead...They just follow along..Basically you just ignore them and let them hunt along with you.. They are more of a companion,much like a dog and not a pack animal.. They all have different personalities and are loyal to a fault..

They can pack 25% of their body weight..30 to 50 pounds depending on the goat..
