For the time periods reported, less Americans are dying than last year overall. Flu cases jumped ~900 off of the average as Covid cases jumped up to ~700. The reporting guidelines do not require a positive test. If you look at the WHO guidance, Covid should be listed not as the main cause but as contributing in any case where suspected. The part as classifying everybody who dies, as having dies from covid. You make it sound as if every death in America is being classified as covid, even a heart attack or getting shot in the head. That link is talking about provisional labeling and subject to testing to confirm.

You look hard enough for conspiracies you’ll find something to support that mindset, doesn’t mean there’s actually a conspiracy. No different really then an ME making a preliminary cause of death determination and having to modify it once all their tests and autopsy are complete.
Again, the executive branch, medical community and media have a massive conspiracy going and you figured it out...
When they spell out the nature and extent of the conspiracy, there's no doubt about the objective.
And the CDC also directs that, even if there's no test at all, the presumption is Covid.

I get what you’re saying, my point is there are other reasonable causes of the problem and that’s before you factor in general bureaucratic inefficiency.
