1) A judge, especially a supreme court justice, should be fair and impartial. Even just the appearance of being fair and impartial is important to the legitimacy of the court.

2) Using a Federal position to promote a product, entertainment, or personal political advocacy, looks a lot like a conflict of interest and using the position for personal gain or personal purposes.

3) Even if not for the ethical, moral, legal implications, a high court justice selling T-Shirts is just a trailer trash thing to do.
Looks photo-shopped to me, hands holding the shirt look too young and too large to be hers, is there any verification she is actually doing this?
It's a bogus website. Try clicking the "Home" link- - - -nothing but a blank page. The photoshop job is pretty amateurish, also. If you're stupid enough to "order" something there, you won't get the product.
Jerry
Photoshopped.

Still, Hurry up Ruth.
That picture is as real as fubarski’s posts are true....
My first thought: that looks awfully healthy, and awake, for RBG.
Complete photoshop garbage.
Most of the time RBG wears gloves, maybe spots or something, those hands don't look like they are on a woman who's over a hundred.

grin Both funny and true.

I don't think it is photoshopped (Not yet anyway). I believe Ginsberg's judgement actually is that poor.

You can use a public figures likeness in an ad but it is illegal to make it appear like an actual endorsement if it really isn't. If it was say a cartoon of Ginsberg holding up the shirt I think that would be legal (or some other obvious parody).
This looks like a real endorsement and I believe Ginsberg would actually do it.

Here it is on another site.

Liberalism is a mental disorder, and the symptoms are the lowest levels of common morality known to the human race. Just consider where the democrat supremes were on the morality scale back in 1974, when they legalized the murder of unborn babies. It doesn't get any worse than that.
This one looks photo-shopped too. grin

Photo shopped.
Ginsburg's T-shirt S-6XL! 6XL LOL! Is that an indicator of the weight of Demonrats?
When you are a literal Puppet they can prop you up to do a lot of things.
