Got a call this evening our oldest daughter's unborn boy is dead. She's 31 weeks along and had no problems. She had to go to the hospital and we were told they will induce labor. She's by herself due to the virus and hopefully they will let our son-in-law be with her. We're felling pretty helpless right now. It's in God's hands and I accept he knows best. This virus really sucks!
Please pray for our daughter Holly and her family. She has two small boys. Thanks in advance.
Dave
Thoughts and prayers from Iowa for you all. Though not in your loving arms, the little one is definitely in loving arms.
I’ll be praying for your whole family, hang in there.

Dave so sorry to hear that. I'm lost for words. May God's love help some.
That is probably the worst news any expectant mother will ever hear. Condolences and prayers for the family.
so sorry to hear this, prayers to all.
Sorry to hear Dave, God bless
We are terribly sorry to hear of this, Dave. Mighty prayers from your friends in N.C.
I'm so sorry to hear this Dave.
Prayers for the family.
Our daughter called about an hour ago. She's heart broken but sounded healthy. She told us with two little ones at home she will have to whatever it takes for them. I want to comfort her and with the hospital lock down at least her husband can be with her. I can't imagine a mother having to go through labor for a known dead baby.
Thanks to all for the prayers and kind words.
I have no words that would somehow make you feel better. God's peace to you and your daughter and her husband and all involved. I am very sorry to read this Dave.
I still have a few prayers left in me. Rick from So Cal via West Virginia.
Dave, so sorry to hear this news. Prayers sent.
Sorry to hear this Dave . . . Prayers are on the way.
Oh, what a heartbreak
Happened in my family too.
Prayers sent.
This happened to my wife and I, minus the separation at birth, 26 years ago.
The pain lessens somewhat but never goes away, I miss my son.
God bless you and I pray you can find peace.
Dave, I am so very, very sorry to hear about your daughters baby. I will be praying for all of you. Keep the faith Dave.

You got it, such sad news.
You and your family have my prayers Sir. My oldest daughter has been through this, too. It was devastating to our family as well. Bri used it to fuel her resolve to be a midwife. As mentioned, your little one is indeed in the arms of the Lord. There is peace in that for those who believe.
Our SIL just texted. The baby was delivered and his umbilical cord was wrapped tightly around one arm. It was treated like a normal delivery and they got to see and hold the baby. Thank you to all who have prayed and given kind words.
Dave
So sorry to hear this news, my friend. Your daughter and your entire family are in our prayers.
Prayers for your family in their time of need. May the Lord bless and keep you.
Dave, prayers continue from here. Hold your daughter, and your wife tight - it's harder on the women, I think - and pure D hell on the men.
I’ll say a prayer for you guys, sad news.
Sad indeed, I'm not good with words, Dear Lord Jesus give strength to all, and Your Will be Done.
So sorry to hear this Dave. Prayers are with your family.

Dave
I attended a delivery some years ago of a somewhat premature infant. The baby was fine remarkably healthy for his age, but the father who was closely watching the delivery turned white as a sheet, I thought he was going to pass out so I alerted the nurse. When I brought the infant to the warmer to further asses him the father followed and he told me he was fine but that their previous baby had died at 27 weeks due to a true knot in the cord and he paniced when he saw that this baby also had a true knot (but not tight).
Very sorry for your families loss.
Prayers sent for all
