Both me and my wife got text messages on our IPhone from LA County, CA. It says that the extended stay at home order is now again extended to at least July.

All fine and dandy, but I live 3000+ miles away from there.

Anyone else not live there get one of these? Weird.

Got ones from Kazakhstan, Namibia, and Dominican Republic last few weeks.


Block the numbers and they call from a slightly different number one digit off. Like playing wack a mole.

We just got a “utility bill” from some company in Georgia...... for $3400.00! We haven’t been in Georgia since 1996, and then we’re only passing through in our semi! memtb

I get crap from all over, not as many phone calls anymore

I dont do texting at all, I only have a little flip phone in case I want to TALK to someone. Therefore, no annoying text messages. I like it.

No .... but I did get one from Kawame Mubutu telling me that somehow I just won the Nigerian National Lottery ... and to claim my Grand Prize I had to make a small deposit (by credit card) to the “Lottery Account” at the Central Bank of Nigeria in Abuja!

Oh .... did I forget to mention that Kawame also needed my social security number?

Most of what I get are unwanted calls. If someone calls me and I don’t have their number in my phone and they don’t leave me a voicemail I block their number.

Remember when disconnecting the land line in favor of a cell made unwanted contacts a thing of the past? Ahhh... the good old days !?
