As a local truck driver, I've learned during this shutdown, that with reduced traffic: the cops aren't pulling people over (with very rare exception), the traffic is averaging about 20-30 mph over the speed limit, and there just aren't any accidents. And when I say 20-30 mph over, I've been passed on I-271 in Cleveland by numerous cars going well over 100 mph! I was doing 66 and they were a blur going by me.
