You're from Texas.. Why would you wonder?

PS- Here's a clue. MI is an open carry state.
Could it possibly be people are getting tired of being deprived of their rights and are trying to give the commies a clue? If things dont change there may be insurrection, and some insurrection may result in bloodshed.

It's clear that some Americans are worried about the future of their country. There aren't enough protesters for officials to worry about, the rest were given little money from the government to keep staying home. I guess they don't realize they are getting a loan which will have to be paid back with interest. It's hard to imagine what the ones that receive low wages, but have to show up for work because they are essential workers (supermarket employees, for example).

That ain't it. When you're looking at the AR, you don't even notice the beer gut.
He's got a few extra mags don't he ?
Those are the same deep thinkers that showed up for a CCW class wearing camo or an affliction T shirt and a cheap drop leg holster w/o retention. Never miss a chance to look like an imaginary badazz.

Japan once woke a sleeping tiger, as did King George and Hitler.
The government cops are armed.
Lol...dumbasses are under house arrest for not being sick and are greatfull for it.
Thinks he'a a bad guy with the AR, but too much of a coward to show his face.

You're talking to a guy who went to the Open Carry demonstration at the Alamo, dressed out all 1835 with my black longrifle yet, got on TV and everything. First political demonstration ever on the actual grounds of the Alamo, courtesy of then Texas Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson. Fuggin' Alex Jones showed up and turned it into a circus mad

I dunno if showing up with AR15's as a fashion accessory at the drop of a hat helps us or not.

I would, judging by my limited experience with a few folks in the crowd at that one Open Carry rally and a Tea Party gathering I was at back when they were the thing.

Its like the handful of White Supremacist guys showing up complete with signs to that effect at that Tea Party Rally. Ya never can tell if guys like that are for real or if they are plants by the Left, whatever, the MSM gets all over it.

Anyways, some guys are trying to get City Council to allocate more bicycle lanes, I'm wondering if I should bring an AR to the rally.
People who think a kufiyah and an LBV make up for being a fat slob shouldn't go out in public.

That’s his Mi. Governor mandated face mask.

Just staying legal.

I agree, why try to provoke an argument. Show up, yes; protest yes; armed no (at least openly armed).
If the boogaloo kicks off, it will be in Michigan

Well then they better be armed.

I swear, some gizmos can take a perfectly LEGAL act and make it embarrassing. But no on the AR at the bicycle rally. Since we're talking wheeled vehicles a Ma Deuce would be more in order.

Typical Chickenshit way to respond. Reply as if responding to the OP, so the person you were answering doesn't catch your response.

But you're not the only one that does it.

I have no idea what you are imagining, I woulda thought it was quite obvious I was replying to you as in re:Local Dirt along with a quote.

Oh right, I just got it, blame that on a 4” iPhone screen.

Or else assume I wasn’t brave enough it address you direct, gets pretty scary around here.... 🙄

For the same reason farmers, shopkeepers, lawyers showed up with muskets at Concord April 19, 1775. LIBERTY!! Have we forgotten that only the consent of the governed makes a government legitimate? These citizens are reminding the would-be-tyrants why our Founders included the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights.

Exactly. Those folks were being courteous, but sending Witchmer a message.

Football season is coming on.
During the Civil rights movement the Black Panthers reminded all and sundry that there were a few different ways it all could go. Is there anything wrong in having a more complete view of an issue and the stakes?

Got it, don’t fugg with cyclists mad , I’m bringing an AR, ten 30 round mags, a Glock 19 and another six mags, 390 rounds ready to go plus what’s in the guns.

I’m needing suggestions on body armor.
In Ohio we're more civilized than in Michigan or Texas. There have been demonstrations in Columbus but no AR15s. And yes we've been an open carry state since 1802.
Perhaps, with the money you charge, you should have taken them out and bought Secret Service suits.

You ‘sell’ a class to folks that revere their Liberty. Some more than others.

There was likely an 18th century King that cussed the barbarians that failed to adapt to social norms.

Not my cup of tea right now, and we own several AR platforms. But, perhaps the politicians should worry about not making the hillbillies look right.

By all means, carry on, lvmiker. Wouldn’t want to stand between you and your high ground.

Hahahaha. Tff. Winner, winner,....

What the hell is wrong with Betsie Miller.?

Interviewer: Do you feel the stay at home order is wrong.?

Betsie: Yes.

Interviewer: Why is that.?

Betsie: (long pause) That's a good question.

Please, let's at least know WHY.!

Unless it gets violent, then I'd rather they were armed and on my side.
The second amendment is not about hunting and self defense. It’s to protect the citizens for a government run wild.

hasbeen,

How does bearing Arms protect citizens.?

I get the feeling that the answer has little to do with brandishing the Arm, and more to do with acquiring the target, and a crisp trigger break.

We skirt this reality, and for obvious reasons hope it doesnt come to that... but it needs to be addressed.

What is the protocol.?
Do we shoot when we see a fellow being billy-clubbed and dragged away for exercising his Constitutional Rights.?
Or do we just stand there, rifle over shoulder and watch.?

Where is the line we are attempting to hold.?
Then again if millions of Americans did these protests we might just stand a chance of stopping the government bullshit
Liberal puppet troll with brain damage, result of extended meth habit.

I dont know the answers to all your questions, but by bearing arms if meant in the constitutional manner, they keep a lot of dimocraps from entering occupied homes.

Of course, they thus keep many dimocraps from their constitutional right to pursue happiness.

How did it go down in NV with the Bundy crowd and did it work at getting the feds to back down?

Yep,
First time i had seen that in my lifetime. From talking to some who were there, sounded like a pretty tense situation.

You become more nonsensical w/ every post but it is becoming obvious that you are operating at your maximum potential so keep trying. I'll bet you look snazzy in your uncle mike's drop leg and plateless, IBA.

Good point, this best be fixt by then. Cowboys fans everywhere need a TV to scream at, lest they be kickin' the dog.
I appreciate that rattlers normally give a warning before striking. Dimocraps, not so much. They dont, being lower than snakes.
