That would make a neat looking mount Dan. My nephew has a red and white one mounted.
I have a solid white one I'm gonna tan soon.

That is one badass looking squirrel!
It would work better in the winter.
I saw one the other day that was black and white. I thought it was a skunk until it ran up the tree. It really screwed with my mind for about 2 seconds.
Great pic!
When we lived in Ms., in the spring and early summer, we had some cat squirrels that were multicolored. Some had black, some white, and some blond coloring, but come fall, they all were normal cat squirrel colored.
Have a grey squirrel hanging around with a red tail. Indecision is the new normal, hey?
We have a lot of black squirrels with white tail tips.
I feed some squirrels at a local park that has white spots on their ears.

Mike, those whitish variants used to be all over the capital grounds downtown. Do you remember?
I have seen fox squirrels in different phases but that unusual looking gray squirrel. Neat!
Depends on the range I guess. Surely you have an accurate 22 rifle. Or are you debating weather to use a bolt, single, or automatic. I understand your dilemma.
We have a few solid black ones here. They on welfare.

Interesting. Did they change color or get taken out by predators?

Getting so theres a lot of white tail running around with bleck squirrels nowadays, but we can afford the kids. We are the richest nation on the earth.

I never heard that, KW. Wish I had known. I was going to UT back in the latter 60s.
No way in the world I would kill it. I would just enjoy watching it and it's beauty. Plenty of other squirrels for the frying pan.
We have a couple of fox squirrel variants living down in the Everglades, one of which is glistening black. They are about 3’ long +/- They don’t sneak across the tree tops. Nope, they crash through it like a clumsy gorilla.
Wonder what fraternity it's in......shouldn't that thing be smoking a pipe?
