China is back online, but even opened up, it's only running at 90%. I understand it's China with it's lack of freedoms, in this case it works to their advantage, but it's still, it's a large economy. And they dropped 10%, So until we see a vaccine or effective treatments, consumer confidence in shopping is going to be low. After all who wants to be tubed.

That 90% comes from a business magazine , The Economist , not a left wing group. Knowing Chinese reporting that could be inflated. But any economy that drops 10%, is in serious hurt.
