Wonder how much he's getting for a custom made to order autopsy now days?

Son of a damn bitch.

g
It should only be allowed under Court Order.

The recognized authority is the county ME.
Tell me you truly, honestly, believe either.

The thing that always pissed me off in these cases is justice is easy.
It's finding the truth,
that's practically impossible.

Funny thing, is I don't believe in conspiracies.
Just that every side has an angle, and twists the narrative.

F'n shame,
I can't trust the ones that take an oath.
And are charged with uphold the truth and "Right".

Of course if we could,
we wouldn't be here.
Would we?

Why would you question a county ME against a hired gun ?
I question anyone who has vested interest in their findings.
I would have been shocked if the ME said, it was murder.

He knew it wasn't supposed to go that way.

In time the charges will be dropped.
Then he will get his back pay.
Reinstated.

The worst repercussions will be the reputation.

However, hopefully there will be a trial. That is
the one way truth has a chance.

Like in Ferguson. Or, George Zimmerman

Those shouldn't have needed a trial.
But, it worked out well. It was the only way to clear the innocent.

Or, Timothy Loehman.
No one wants to talk about old Tim.
The way the cause of death works would require multiple levels to lie and be a part of the conspiracy including the state crime lab. Be pretty hard to pull to get everyone to lie and risk their careers and jail time.

From what I understand, and from what I heard him say, Baden performed his autopsy and made his findings from the video.
The victim was heard to say "I can't breathe" while he was standing up, not just after he was under the cops knee.
Sounds like a heart attack to me.
Bad heart and hypertension, meth and fentanyl found in his blood. Who knows?

g
And Baden did zero tox tests.
Bad police work, hopped up vic, and a sorry ending. End of story

The autopsy of Trayvon Martin was done by a Medical Examiner who had never done an autopsy before. The GZ said he shot TM point blank in the chest while he was getting his head pounded into the sidewalk. The prosecution's theory was that GZ ambushed TM from 2 feet or more away. They couldn't explain how GZ got a broken nose, big knots and lacerations on his head from a dead man. The ME's original report said it was a point blank shooting but under cross examination by the prosecutors he changed his findings to a shooting from 2 feet or more away. The crooked judge saw no problem with that. The defense hired an expert witness ME who had done over 900 gun shot death autopsies and the evidence proved the shooting was without a doubt a point blank shooting. Nobody went to jail.
