Pre-64 M70 trigger adjustment

I have a newly acquired one in 300 H&H, but the trigger pull is atrocious at near 5 pounds. I’m assuming this is a job for a gunsmith. Anyone recommened in N. Illinois/Chicago area?? Or if not a simple job, who to send it too??
