The old SBE 1 of mine has been well used, and just keeps on ticking and smacking doves, ducks, and geese.

I had bought a new 26” SBE II barrel for it off CDNN sports, but it looked horrible in black on top of a camo gun, but before I do the lower reciever I thought I should see how it looks on the barrel.




I did the same on a spare AR upper / lower to see how they look compared to the Magpul FDE stock, and the ALG defense FDE.... it’s darker, but I think I like it better anyway.

I like on the SBE... I have a left hand SBE. May try something along that line after our trip to the flyway in a couple months. Thanks for posting up.

Looks like what I may be after.

It’s very much like a darker version of the the Brownings Wicked Wings.. a bit more brown, and darker..

I’ll strip the lower reciever, and forearm nut and do both of those next.
