What are you trying to form and from what parent case?
Try the reloading forum. What little I know is the cases need annealing and then the bullet less method will work with most brass. Have heard of lots of problems when starting with 30-30 brass. Maybe neck down in three phases/steps?
who said anything about 30-30?
So what do you intend to start with to make your 22HP????
