Can a Tikka 300 WSM be bored to 338, I have a lot more 338 bullets than 30 caliber. I'm not dead set on it just asking for experience.

Not unless you're going to make a wildcat based on the WSM case. The WSM case is around .550 in diameter all the way to the shoulder, the 338 WM case tapers but sort of averages around .500 diameter for most of its length.

It would it would be cost prohibitive but might be re-barreled to a .338 caliber cartridge.
