Found these in a bag of gun sights. They look to be some form of scope base for a claw type ring.
Item 2 looks to be a Ruger type base that use some form of dovetail ring
Item 3 some form of blocks that mount to sight screw holes. Aint gota clue, any guesses from the peanut gallery? There were some barrel weights for a High Standard target pistol in the bag as well

The ones on the right are Bausch and Lomb adjustable scope bases for their Balfour, Balvar etc scopes. The scopes didn’t have internal adjustment so you used the base to move the whole thing. They were considered a very good setup in their day.

They might also be marked “Kuharsky”.

Back in the day when the fixed crosshair scopes were popular, many days ago, one of the advertising ploys was that you could swap the scope from rifle to rifle and always have it zeroed since the adjustable bases stayed on the rifle, only the scope was moved. Unfortunately, the bases were fairly expensive.

Yes, Stith, Bausch and Lomb and Kuharsky all made those mounts.
A scope w/o internal adjustments was far easier to weather proof.
A BalVar 8 was a very expensive scope and swapping it between rifles made sense.
A ANIB one is still a fine scope today, first focal plane and tapered cross hairs are still a great combination.

BalVa8 8 2nd model in Stith Mount.

Looks clunky but set up and locked down was solid and weather proof.
Could be swapped to another Stith mount in a few minutes.

I have a rear piece similar to the ones in your photos and its stamped R3SAV

I seem to remember the left pair also for a non-adjustable scope, with the part that holds the scope down on the bases missing. Can't remember the name of find it with a quick search.

The middle set have Weaver type bottoms and looks similar to Ruger Rings attachment on the top.
