Rem 700 and Rem Model 7 Barrel Threads?

Are they the same barrel threads?
I'm doing some scheming

, have 700 threaded and chambered barrel, want to use a Model 7 action, if the threads are the same.

Same threads and shank size. The headspace may be different.
