I just picked up a weatherby accumark rifle the bolt is really tight if I put a round in the chamber I physically have to push the bolt more forward for the bolt to close otherwise it won't close any idea what is going on?
I don't think it should be this tight and have to litterally push the bolt more forward before I drop the handle more

Make sure your front mount screws are not coming thru the front ring holes too far. powdr
could it be because its a bigger caliber as well? 30-378?

How is the bolt with no round in the chamber? Any marks on the brass or bullet once chambered? Is it the factory barrel?
everything works fine it just seems you have to feed the bullet harder then lightly closing it, factory barrel as far as i know no marks

Do a thorough cleaning of the chamber and see if that helps.
Gun haven't been shot much at all chamber is clean

On my 30-378 I had to tweak the mag box a little and also clearance the front of the box to match the feed ramp in the action. Feeds slick now.
How did you do that?
Sounds like the extractor is struggling to jump the rim, a not uncommon problem. For a quick check, place the rim under the extractor manually and see if it doesn't chamber easily. The fix is easy, grind a little more bevel on the front of the extractor, or try your luck with another. They are cheap; like 5 dollar cheap.
Don't see how weatherby would send out a gun like that

A used rifle could have been Bubba'd or fired with over-pressure loads.

I had this happen when the extractor shaved off a sliver of brass which lodged under the extractor. Just a little buffing with Flitz took the sharp edge off. I would also check the head space if the other suggestions don't improve the situation. In fact I would check it any way just to be sure.
What is an "Accumulated Bolt" never heard that one before?
