Very nice, great work.
Lots of salty beaters in the villages that look like the before photos. And they can be had cheap...
Very nice job.

TINCANBANDIT,

I LIKE your remodeling job. Its much fancier/nicer than ANY of my efforts...

IF I find a similar pitted/"run down looking" ITHACA Model 37 pump-gun, it will get my usual black "semi-gloss" epoxy-based appliance paint job on the metal & "Red Cherry" MINWAX on the wood.
(I'm a southpaw & LIKE the old Model 37.)

Even a "gun tinkerer" like me can end up with perfectly functioning hunting gun or "police riot gun" for CHEAP, using my "hillbilly" method.
(I cannot remember how many similar old "police shotguns" that I've redone for friends, who were small town or rural area LEOs over the last 4 decades. = My "remodeled shotguns" are NOT factory looking but are fully FUNCTIONAL for years more use by LEOs.)

yours, tex
