That is a new one on me Ted! Assuming that is an injected plastic one that thinks it is wood!

I'd give B&C (or Stocky's) a call about it, they might just cover it under warranty. Worst they can say is no.

I'll wait 'til it gets here, and take a good look at it, Craigster.

Apparently, it is a laminate, Art. I'm not familiar with them at all, but we'll see.

Laminate is easy and the paint is probably the cause of the crack... too thick on the inside.

Looks like that piece of texture material could have initiated the crack. There should be no contact there. Let us know how B&C or Stockie's responds.
