Has there ever been a Remington 700 Parkerized floor plate?
Doubtful since I don’t believe they’ve ever made a steel BDL bottom metal. Maybe a dark grey anodized or painted one.
How about a parkerized magazine box?

The trigger bow and floor plate on early (1962-?) 700 BDL Carbines had a matte finish.

Matte black or gray?

Black matte.
Believe this was unique to the early carbines.
I think the Marine models were parkerized but not sure about the floor plate. Some had aftermarket steel bottom metal or magazines.
unless the floor plate was a after market made of steel. all drop floor plates Remington used were made of Aluminum, now the older 720 Series had steel bottom metal but you couldnt drop shell out the bottom
