Just bought a new to me Winchester 70 Laredo in 7mm R.E.M. Mag. After firing federal fusion ammo, bolt is hard to open and pull back. Scope mount screws not the issue. Any suggestions or who should I send it to?

If it's "new" to you, then it's used, right? Better check the chamber for fouling/rust/crap.. Polish same, then try other ammo just for S&G and see if the issue persists..
