I recently stumbled onto Myersarms.com and inquired about having some work done. Was curious if anyone has any experience with using Nathaniel and what your thoughts are? I have only been in contact via email with him and from what I can tell so far is he has responded in a very timely manner to all my emails and seems very professional. Also it looks like he does some high quality work on his website.
Any and all information you all have is very much appreciated, thanks in advance for the info.
Nathaniel has worked, and is continuing to work, on several of my Mauser and Winchester rifles over the past 3 years or so. His work has been first rate, including some very nice custom scope bases for a pre-64 Model 70, cleaning up and improving on other gunsmiths' (and my own) shortcomings, and rebarreling. His rates are reasonable. So far as I know, he does metalwork only, no stocks. He posts as Fal Grunt on the Accurate Reloading forums.
Thank you for you input, I'm having him quote me a half octagon half round barrel for my 1909 Peruvian Mauser, I'm excited to see what he comes up with.
He does nice work. He recontoured a internal sight barrel for me which turned out beautiful.

WTH is that?
LOL. The sights are inside the bore, so the bullet sees them and knows where to go.
