I responded 1 minute after Rodney

The hacker PMed me and said he’d sell it to me

I told him I’d rather give Rodney a little time to arrange payments

He told me to forget it, There were 3 others in line

Pp dispute filed. They locked the mfers paypal account.

Paypal returned my money.
