Anyone know where I can buy the new style follower made for the gummy tip ammo?

I think you can modify your follower to work. I've seen videos on it as I have wanted to do the same with my Marlin 45-70 and my 44 mag - Though for me it is so I can shoot Keith style cast bullets. I have not done the work yet.
