One just sold (9422 LR) nib at a local gun show for $800.00. Believe it or not. I witnessed it with my own eyes.

I don't doubt that. I have though seen several recently go for $700 locally.

I have a first year production with the silver mag tube and wouldnt sell it for a grand, it's flawless and my fav 22LR.

I have a 9422. Bought it new in 1972. It is a classic for sure.
