Wondering if anyone on this fine forum can steer me towards an extractor for an original Marlin '94, in .44-40.

Thanks,

Extractor or ejector?

Ejecto: Wisner or Jack First.

These 44 mag ones from Gunparts might work too.

Extractor,....

Don't have the broken pieces, or would make one.

Is the extractor of an original 1894 different or substantially so from current production? Comparing photos of old and new show slight differences externally in the bolt and receiver, but I didn't find any with the action open or bolts disassembled.

Tried to google and couldn't find one, but there were a couple of sites that carry some parts for older ones. Even though they didn't show an 1894 44-40 extractor for sale, perhaps a call to them might end up pointing you in the right direction?

Wisener's - This place also has a machine shop for making obsolete parts.

They are all over the net. easy to find. As most folks would know the 95(real one), 94 and 93 all use the same extractor.
