To show, I'm still interested....

Who has any experience with his method of breathing will hiking?...I've been messing around with it and there is absolutely no doubt my heart rate stays lower under climbs and the legs don't lose their strength as quickly...

And then there is the cold showers... inflammation discomfort in knees and hips has improved significantly and for practical purposes off the NSAIDS. And if done at night, sleep comes on quicker and of better quality. After a week or so, it is really not all that uncomfortable to hang in for 3 to 5 minutes.

Listened to him on a Jordan Peterson podcast. It is interesting and his results speak for themselves. Heard about him first when I read the book “ Into thin air”, not all his abilities can be chalked up to his breathing technique, he is a living testament to the ability of man’s mind to overcome matter.
He nearly ascended Everest wearing only spandex bike shorts, no socks, shoes, shirt or supplemental oxygen. It’s literally impossible but he almost pulled it off.

Sauna swim.

We’ve been at it for a few thousand years to be fair.

I used to surf when it was 30 below wind chill. And handle it.
