Working out for a November Cow Elk Hunt in Utah. Supposed to be physically difficult in the snow. Lots of climbing. I'm 60, but in pretty good shape. Could be in better shape. I'm here to stay motivated.

Hilly 3.2 mile hike today. Adirondack mountains. I'm on vacation, but trying to maintain with some hikes. Will add weights and cardio when I get home.

The thing that will get you here in Utah is the altitude depending on where your hunting. Good luck on your hunt.
Mountain biking is a great way to stay fit, rode The Palisade Plunge last week.
