Anyone have any experience with this boot? I believe it’s the same as the guide 960, but with a leather lining. Just wondering how stiff they are, and if they would be suitable for hunting in the northeast. Not looking for a mountaineering type boot with stiff soles, something with a little more flex like a 2 or 3 flex rating. Can’t find any reviews online. Camofire has these on sale today at $197, pretty good buy!
I have not owed or used them due the fact they don't make it in my size. One of my best friends has more miles on a pair then most will ever get on a lifetime of boots. He has done both the AT and PCT wearing them. He has summited the New Hampshire 48 wearing them. I would say they are a great pair of boots if they fit your feet.

Thanks, for $200 I think they are worth trying. Zamberlan makes a good product.

I have the Guide 960 and am happy with them. They are a bit on the stiff side but also comfortable enough I have no problems wearing them all day.

I'd buy a pair at that price...
