When you get into the older ones, the accessories and tools increase value. For a no-dash 629, that means presentation case, sight adjustment tool, cleaning rod, etc. Condition of that stuff is also key, so the insert for the presentation case needs to have all of the flocking, no cracks, etc. Here's an example of that:

If it's been shot much, then you'll probably top out just above $1k.
