Looking at a clean Ruger SR1911.45 two mags very little use what would be a fair price/ No box or papers this is the standard model.

Prices for new ones vary, but run from $950 to the retail of over $1100, now. I don't think they are worth that much, frankly.

I have the SR1911 Target and it won't shoot nearly as well as my new Springfield Armory Garrison. Same ammo, same magazines, same reliabilty, but the SA shoots better. While I like the Ruger, it's not as nice as that Garrison.

This a used standard 45 probably fired a few times and then went into a drawer. The man is asking $850.00 just wondered with the current buying spree if that is reasonable.

It's slightly less than local retail. I seem to remember them in that 900 range here when I saw one 3 weeks ago.

I sold an Ed Brown and kept my Ruger 1911. Ruger was just as accurate and slightly more reliable. If you want a 1911, you could do much worse than an $850 Ruger.

I just scored a 10mm for $800 but see most are going for over $1K. They are a good 1911 or at least mine have been.

I saw two used ones at a local shop this week, $750 was his going rate on them. His prices are usually very good compared to the other shops in the area, which is why he does so much business. I bought my "Target" model from him two years ago for $800 out the door, about $200 less than any other shop in the area.

Bought one back in 2014. Paid $650 or so for pistol, holster, taxes, background check. Sold it a year later for $500. Mine was not accurate. I'm a Ruger fan, but that one was a let down

Used one in 45acp in IDPA for a year and never a hiccup...I really like it and it was very accurate.

Mine was the Comander model. It shot great with no hiccups in over two years of use. I wish I had kept that one, but you know how it goes………..
