Tx22 Competition - 24hourcampfire

My oldest son, his wife and I each have one. I also have the Competition conversion.

Mine wears a red dot and a light. A 4" gong at 25 yards is pretty easy to hit with that setup. It also shoots well with the iron sights.

I have had excellent reliability with Remington Golden Bullets, CCI Mini Mags (HP and Solids) as well as Auto Match. It doesn't care for Thunderbolts (why I don't know) and bulk Super X Hollowpoints which have a pretty flat nose. I haven't shot much else in mine. I think I shot some federal bulk HPs without issue as well.

As an aside, I really like the mags. I strted with 16 rounders and put Tandem Cross 20 round adapters on 6 of them. I also picked up night sights, holsters and mag pouches.
