Might not be the right spot to post this, but I'm looking for someone that makes custom holsters. I bought my daughter a S&W M686 with a Allchin optic mount and a Vortex Venom red dot. I'm looking to have a holster made similar to to this, but with a cutout for the red dot obviously. I thought about just buying one and cutting it, but I'm afraid it'll fray around the cut. Thanks in advance for the help.

Nylon melts with a lighter. I'm sure a nylon holster could be made for you but - I'd just cut and hit it with the Bic.

That's my backup plan.

Do a search on ebay for holsters for pistols with optics.

Yeah, I spoke to their customer service dept, they do not make a nylon holster for the 686 with an optic. Looks like I'm taking the hot knife to an uncle mikes.
