Its a single action Bisley. Looks like it says "IN TEX" but the wood is dark semi fancy walnut and I cant make out the signature.

Looks like Paul Persinger initials and markings. He is located in El Paso and is known for his carved ivory grips but he works in nice woods as well. Those markings look like what is on the back of the ivory snd wood grips he has done for me.
