Picked up a Carry model at LGS yesterday with 3 17 round mags for 449. My first 9mm in decades, so for so good.
I’m thinking of useing the Inderwood +P+ 147 jhp or the 124 +P+ jhp for carry ammo.
Congrats on your new purchase!
TargetSportsUSA has a great deal for 9mm ammo right now. Blazer (brass case) 115 gr, 500 bulk packs are $100 with free shipping and there is a $20 rebate available. You can get the rebate on up to 5 packs.
https://www.targetsportsusa.com/cci...n-fmj-500-rounds-5200bf500-p-108984.aspx . That is $0.16 per round, or $8.00 per box of 50, shipped to your door.
If anybody knows where to get factory new brass cased ammo cheaper than that, I'd love to hear about it.
That seems to affect only you. Since I’ve been shooting and carring a 45 Super, I find the 9mm to be extremely light in recoil and muzzle rise. Bore axis is a non issue to me. The 320 is proving to be very accurate

That is a darn good price.I really like mine
Have you fired a 320 back to back with another striker fired gun with a time and accuracy standard to see if you'd have a perceptible difference in performance?
That seems to affect only you.
LOL. Mainly just messing with you. If you don't notice it, that's great. It is, of course, a reality that can't be denied. Just plain old physics. And it's not just me. It's a common topic on gun discussion forums. It bothers lots of handgunners, particularly if they're switching from something like a Glock, which has a particularly low bore axis.
Great triggers. I am used to Glocks and shooting the 320 is like have a gun with a hair trigger.
Bore axis is irrelevant in the real world---may make a difference to a hand full of professional competitive shooters, but they are never the ones that make an issue of it.....like arguments over shotgun chokes, those that are the most interested, opinionated and/or dogmatic about a it are the least likely to benefit from any increment of its improvement.
I noticed the other day that the Greensboro, NC PD recently switched from the 320 to Gen5 Glock 19's----there's a conundrum! They couldn't have had the Sig's long enough to have worn them out---other than the now-fixed drop test, they haven't had any issues with them.....ironically the PD chose G-19's for their uniformed duty weapon vs. the longer gripped 19X or G-45 or the G-17......must be political impetus behind that decision---objectively, the Sigs have sights and triggers that are good-to-go right out of the box whereas the Glocks need improvements in both of those areas (well perhaps not for non-shooters who only plan to carry and not use them).
Glock probably gave them away. A thorn I the side.

You’re not far off.
I’m in the midst of replacing our 12(ish) year old 229s. Glock was willing to give us G19s and holsters for a very minimal amount. In the end, the 320 Carry in 9mm is what’s riding in my holster now.

Beings I'm used to a revolver the 320's bore axis doesn't bother me. I just picked one up off of this site about 3 weeks ago. I haven't shot it yet as I just got some 357 Sig brass in. I'm gonna experiment w/ 40 S&W brass. I've heard all the nay sayers, but I'm still gonna try 20 pcs. If it works, I will have a lifetime supply of cheap brass.
What config and color is your 320?? Mine is compact, medium, tan slide and OD grip. The orig tan grip is up for trade/sale if you want a compact medium grip frame, I could use a sub compact grip frame - any color.
Mine is the Carry model. So far it has cycled every load tried. Blazer 115 grain fmj, war grain Golden Sabre +P and Underwood 147 grain +P+.
Accurate, reliable with an excellent trigger, what’s not to like
I am damn tempted to try one, even with that nasty high bore axis disease. I have a bunch of G17 magazines so I feel compelled to hold on to a few glocks, maybe 3 is enough, the SIG P365 has replaced a 19, a Shield and a 43 so far.
That’s a very respectable price on a world class pistol...I would have a hard time walking away from that deal. Well done John...I think you’ll enjoy that pistol.
Hell must have froze over, the 320 has replaced my 1911 45’s as EDC Pistol.
The P320 is an eye opener.
I picked one up a few months ago. Although my third gen 19 has been a flawless shooter, the grip has always felt too blocky for me. The medium P320 grip is much more comfortable, and the pistol points more naturally as well. I shot my G19 and the P320 side by side the day I bought it, and the high bore axis was not an issue at all. The P320 was more accurate as well. Having said that, I am so used to the Glock trigger the Sig almost feels too light.
That's a good deal on the 320.
edited to add: And I am sold on Underwood ammo. I buy more of it in some caliber just about every time it goes on sale.
Congrats on your new purchase!

Good deal, but they're out of stock.
I see CDNN has grip modules for $19.99. Hard to go wrong.
Tried the triggers on a couple 320's at a small gun show today. Impressive.

SOS has the same rebate deal on Blazer.

I just got home from town (Laramie, WY)---the Murdochs store (
https://www.murdochs.com) is selling both full sized and Compact 320 9mm's for $449.00. If you want one with the ambi-slide safety, it's $519.00 and 320's in .45 ACP for a little more ($549, IIRC). Pretty darned good price.

Great price and they are accurate pistols.
Handled & shot an X-Carry today..........it's going to be hard to resist taking the plunge.
I really like it.........did I say I really like it?
