I would be quite surprised if they choose this year to re-introduce the Diamondback. However, I would be quite surprised if they just decided NOT to do it at all. The Cobra is just BEGGING to become a 10 Shot Diamondback. If they make it, my 617 is instantly for sale!!!

I don't think I will be selling my S&W 17 or 63, however I would be VERY interested in a .22 LR Diamondback. I owned a 6" blue Python back in the day and never could lay my hands on a Diamondback. The D frame Colt is a nice size for the Long Rifle cartridge.
