I'm looking for additional magazines for a 452 UL I recently acquired. I see on GB many options both in plastic and metal, 5-round and 10.
Will any of these work? Some better than others? TIA.
If it's .22LR, the magazines are all the same for 452, 453, 455, and 457, 512, and 513, all use the same magazines. I'd buy the plastic magazines, they load easier and feed smoother than the steel magazines. I have a BUNCH of them, and use the plastic in preference to the steel. Both 5 and 10 rounders work equally well.
They make a 25 rounder if you want one, and they work and feed smoothly, too, but hang down like a monopod and are silly besides. I have one that came with one of my rifles, but I never use it.
