Picked up a ruger takedown while back and put it in a magpul backpacker stock. Pretty handle little set up. I think Im leaving the factory irons on it

You'll love it, those backpacker stocks are awesome. I put a fixed leupold 4x on mine and installed a bx trigger.

The backpacker is the stock for the takedown. It allows different comb heights as well. I would echo the bx trigger as that and the backpacker were the only adds to mine.
