Ran across one today at the LGS, Canadian manufacture....

What are these going for these days in American Dollars.....
They are often marked $300 here.
a few years back I remember 22 smooth bore rifles selling fast as they hit the shelves. I never could warm up to them for some reason. Havent seen one in a long time
I saw a used one at Guns Unlimited in Omaha today. They didn't have any CCI shot cartridges in .22LR, so what would you shoot in it? I think that Marlin called their smoothbore .22 a "garden gun".
it seems to me that another gun head that I know owns a Winchester 67 smooth bore. I might be wrong though........

As does Henry and did Winchester at one time.
Marlin garden gun is a .22 Mag. Much more effective than the .22LR shot.
I have found .22 Magnum CCI snake-shot to be far more effective than their .22 LR snake shot, but I've only shot it from Rossi 511/515/518 revolvers.
Shoot high velocity 22lr in a smoothbore.
You could call it the “Knuckleballer”.
No such thing as a smoothbore rifle. There have been a few 22 shotguns made, though.
