Any problem with the set screws marring the top of the receiver?

Try a lead "bb" under the screw.

great advice miester. 7.5 or 8 size lead shot'd be about perfect i'd say.....

Thanks, just need them to make some more now. I’m wanting the extended 25moa rail. I notice Talley lists a rail now for the 452 American. Has anyone tried the Talley?

Don't they come with a grooved receiver for scope mounting?...Tom
