I wanted a larger knob on the boot of my 700 tactical, but didn't want to send it away right now. A friend told me about a product he had seen online, and I put in an order for 3 bolt lift kits from Kinetic Research Group. The price was reasonable, and shipping at $28 wasn't bad split 3 ways. After placing my order, I received and email from them asking if it would be ok for them to ship the kits outside of their usual packaging, so they could ship them for only $12...I was impressed, as some vendors use shipping as a way to hide margin, and they went out of their way to be more than fair.
My lift kits arrived yesterday, and upon opening, I found that they had sent 2 blacks and one in FDE...when I had ordered 2 black and one OD...I sent them an email, and within 12 hours they had another one on the way at no charge. No questions asked! It's nice to work with a company that gets what great service is!

It's great to hear good things about companies, I would surely look at them if I was in need of a new knob. How does it fit and how's the finish?
